Muse. LDR. Beck.
+ 7 more acts you have to catch at Coachella
Julian Casablancas: Surprise! The Strokes frontman was added to the lineup last minute. We ain't mad at that.
Muse: Are you unfamiliar with the face-melting rock they've been serving up for a few decades? Can we send a postcard to that boulder you've been living under?
Beck: You wanna move, let loose in the desert sun? There's no better soundtrack for that than Beck.
Pharrell: Dude. We just want to be in the presence of his abundant talent. We almost don't care if he performs. He can just BE.
Neutral Milk Hotel: They just reunited last year, but have already announced that their 2014 tour and handful of festival dates will be their last. You've been warned.
The 1975: SXSW comes months before their Coachella spot, and we foresee only headlining gigs once that set of music lovers latches onto them.
The Preatures: These Aussies were our favorite act at CMJ. The singer channels Patti Smith/Stevie Nicks, but we believe someday, up-and-comers will channel her.
The Replacements: These alt-rock pioneers are pretty selective about their appearances—they only played 3 gigs last year… so… you know, no pressure.
Aloe Blacc: Best known for his collab on Avicii's smash hit "Wake Me Up," Blacc has plenty more to sing that'll "Lift Your Spirit.”
Lana Del Rey: Coney Island's brooding queen is headlining this fest a mere month before the release of Ultraviolence, so… new tunes?
Frank Turner: We want Frank to be our boyfriend. Or roommate. Drinking partner, definitely. But we're happy to dance to his spirited, folk-punky songs. For now.
